Korean Pomi penguin robot shows its emotions

We’ve seen amply of robots that shot to exhibit emotions, but nobody fairly like this Pomi penguin robot developed by Korea‘s Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, which can emit two unspecified smells besides employing some more normal means of charter you know how it feels. Those other options compose a “kindness box” on its chest that changes its heartbeat based on its mood, and mutable lips, eyebrows and pupils that’ll let it make faces at you, along with the standard sensors to trail you around, and utter recognition to help it list some pre-programmed answers. Unlike some other like bots, however, this one is apparently ready to actually be commercially unfilled by the end of next month, though there’s no word on an outlay tag just yet.
